Most Uttan repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP Spectre architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine HP parts and OEM-compatible components for every common HP Spectre fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The HP Spectre is HP's flagship premium consumer laptop — distinctive gem-cut design, premium materials (often copper/black or nightfall black finishes), and HP's best available display and build quality.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. HP keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. That's the standard Xigox holds for HP Spectre Laptop Keyboard Not Working in Uttan — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the HP Spectre Laptop Keyboard Not Working is complete.
