Who repairs your device
Your HP DeskJet 2723 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When the hardware is fine and only needs recalibrating, we run the printer's built-in calibration routine using its own test pattern, adjusting color/alignment settings to the printer manufacturer's own spec rather than eyeballing it, and verify with a second test print against a known reference.
