How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require specific component diagnosis: is it the drum unit, the transfer belt, or the fuser assembly?. Xigox engineers diagnose the exact component before ordering any part — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Inkjet Repair in Orlem includes a 100-page test print at delivery.
Your repair doesn't end when the HP is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual within 90 days of your repair, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Orlem customers choose Xigox again and again.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Orlem is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Not everyone in Orlem can handle complex this repair. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for HP hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Orlem clients.
Businesses across Orlem trust our job to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this job for your Orlem workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Orlem rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty HP units, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Orlem? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to your Orlem address with a quality report.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Orlem, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Orlem.
