FAQ
FAQs — HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Remote Tech Support in Bhuigaon
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Most port repairs take 1-3 hours. Port replacements requiring board-level work may take 4-8 hours.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Bhuigaon. Our technician diagnoses your printer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers across Bhuigaon (401202) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We accept all major payment methods for HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Remote Tech Support in Bhuigaon: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers across Bhuigaon (401202) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Yes — out-of-warranty printers are most of what we handle in Bhuigaon. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers near Vasai Fort (nearby) in Bhuigaon are covered by our free pickup.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers near Vasai Fort (nearby) in Bhuigaon are covered by our free pickup.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Bhuigaon. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Free pickup also available in Vasai Fort, Papdy, Kaul Heritage City and surrounding areas.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. We also serve Vasai Fort, Papdy, Kaul Heritage City, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most HP DeskJet 2723 Printer Remote Tech Support work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. We also serve Vasai Fort, Papdy, Kaul Heritage City, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Bhuigaon, even when the answer means we do not get the job. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Bhuigaon, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.

HP DeskJet 2723 Repair in Bhuigaon — Xigox
Most Bhuigaon repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP DeskJet 2723 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP DeskJet 2723 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401202 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Fort (nearby), our service coverage extends across Bhuigaon and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bhuigaon, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vasai Fort, Papdy, Kaul Heritage City and other nearby areas.
How your HP DeskJet 2723 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Bhuigaon; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back HP work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your HP DeskJet 2723 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
How We Perform Printer Remote Tech Support
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we connect to your laptop via a secure remote-access session (with your permission, visible on your own screen throughout), diagnose the issue directly, and walk through the fix live rather than just telling you what to click.
Typical time: 20–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A stable internet connection on the device needing support.
- Your explicit permission for each remote session — nothing is accessed without you watching and approving it.
3 When You Need This
- You need help with a software, settings, or configuration issue that doesn't require physically opening the device.
- You're not confident following a fix yourself over the phone and want someone to do it directly.
- The issue is intermittent and easier to diagnose live than to describe.
The model
About the HP DeskJet 2723
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Key features
- Cartridge-based ink system (not a refillable tank) — ongoing cost-per-page is higher than EcoTank/Smart Tank competitors.
- Compact, lightweight design suited to occasional home use rather than high-volume printing.
- Basic wireless/mobile printing support on most current models.
