10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Uttan repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP LaserJet Pro M404dn architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
How your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Uttan; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the print head where the model allows it for a manual clean, since dried ink deep in the nozzle channels often doesn't clear with the printer's own automated cleaning cycle alone.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
