10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Null Bazaar repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP LaserJet Pro M404dn architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mohammed Ali Road, our service coverage extends across Null Bazaar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Null Bazaar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhendi Bazaar, Bhuleshwar, Mohammed Ali Road and other nearby areas.
How your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Null Bazaar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your HP LaserJet Pro M404dn leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
