We use genuine HP parts wherever available; otherwise OEM-compatible components.
Who repairs your device
Your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is part of HP's OfficeJet Pro line — business inkjet printers built for office document volume, bridging the gap between consumer inkjets and laser printers.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require specific component diagnosis: is it the drum unit, the transfer belt, or the fuser assembly?. Xigox engineers diagnose the exact component before ordering any part — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 Printer Servicing in Gamdevi includes a 100-page test print at delivery.
