10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dadar West repair shops handle HP the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our HP technicians are trained specifically on HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on HP work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every HP component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400028 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Plaza Cinema, our service coverage extends across Dadar West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dadar West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Matunga, Dadar East, Dadar and other nearby areas.
How your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Dadar West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every HP repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians clear any stuck print jobs from the queue, reinstall the correct driver for your exact model, and reconfirm the printer's network/USB connection from scratch rather than just restarting it and hoping the issue clears itself.
