Trusted iBall Laptop repair specialists in Parel. Screen, battery, keyboard, motherboard & more — repaired by experienced engineers. Genuine parts · 90-day warranty · Same-day service.
What we can and can't do on iBall: we handle body and chassis repair and chip-level motherboard repair for iBall laptops in Parel. iBall screens, batteries, keyboards and replacement boards are not available through suppliers in India, so we don't offer those replacements — we'd rather say so now than after a pickup. Not sure which applies? The ₹350 inspection tells you exactly, and it's refunded if you go ahead with the repair.
Our technicians are experts in diagnosing and fixing all hardware and software issues on iBall Laptops.

Who repairs your device
Your iBall is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
We service every iBall model — from entry-level to professional and gaming series.
Don't see your iBall model listed? No problem. We repair all iBall Laptop models including discontinued and older variants. Call us with your model number for availability.

We serve all major areas across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar.
Most Parel repair shops handle iBall the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our iBall technicians are trained specifically on iBall Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on iBall work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine iBall parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Laptop fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Currey Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your iBall Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Parel; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your iBall Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.
