Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Infinix is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts

Infinix Laptop Repair in Kalina — Xigox
Most Kalina repair shops handle Infinix the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Infinix technicians are trained specifically on Infinix Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Infinix work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Infinix Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400098 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near University of Mumbai Kalina Campus, our service coverage extends across Kalina and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kalina, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Santacruz East, Sahar, Vakola and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Infinix jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Kalina. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Infinix work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions — Infinix Laptop Repair in Kalina
Quick answers to the most common questions about Infinix repairs.
5 questions answered
Yes. Our team handles Infinix laptop diagnostics and repair, with free pickup and drop across Mumbai. Bring the device in or book a doorstep collection and we'll confirm the fault before any work starts.
Cost depends on the fault, so we quote after a ₹350 inspection — refunded if you go ahead with the repair. You approve the figure before we start, and there are no diagnostic surprises added later.
No — we're an independent repair centre, not an authorised Infinix service partner. That usually means lower cost and faster turnaround, and we'll tell you plainly if a repair is better handled under Infinix's own warranty.
Most common repairs are completed the same day or within 24–48 hours once the part is in hand. Board-level work takes longer because it is done under a microscope; we give you a time estimate with the quote.
Yes — 90 days on the work we perform, covering both the repair and any part we supplied. Keep the invoice; a warranty claim is handled free of charge.
