Lenovo Legion 5 Pro — General Repair & Service

“I brought my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro to Xigox because it was freezing randomly and the fans were making a terrible grinding noise that made it impossible to work in meetings. The technician ran a comprehensive diagnostic within twenty minutes and identified that the thermal paste had completely dried out and one of the cooling fans had bearing failure. They replaced both fans with genuine OEM parts, applied premium Arctic MX-5 thermal compound, and thoroughly cleaned the air vents of accumulated dust. The temperatures dropped by nearly twenty-five degrees Celsius and the laptop now runs completely silent even under heavy load. They also updated the BIOS and ran a stress test to confirm stability. Stellar service — The value for money you get here is simply unbeatable.”

Dell Inspiron 15 5530 — Cracked Screen Fix

I took it to Xigox and the technician carefully matched the exact panel model to ensure colour accuracy and resolution would remain identical to the original. They completed the full screen replacement same day, including recalibrating the display brightness sensor and verifying touch functionality worked across every area of the screen. The new panel looks absolutely pristine with no dead pixels, no backlight bleeding, and the viewing angles are just as good as the original. They also applied a tempered glass protector free of charge. Excellent craftsmanship — This is, without doubt, the most professional repair shop in Mumbai.”

They ordered a brand-new backlit keyboard that matched the original layout perfectly, including the specific key travel distance and feel that I was used to. Installation was completed within 45 minutes and every single key now works flawlessly with full backlight functionality. They also waterproofed the new keyboard with a silicone membrane underneath for extra protection. Remarkable attention to detail — The value for money you get here is simply unbeatable.”
