“I noticed my Dell Latitude 5540 battery had swollen and the trackpad area was visibly bulging upward, which was not only inconvenient but genuinely dangerous. I immediately rushed to the Xigox Juhu service centre where the technician carefully removed the swollen battery using proper safety protocols to avoid any risk of puncture. They disposed of the old battery responsibly and installed a brand-new BIS-certified battery with identical voltage and wattage specifications. After installation they ran a full charge-discharge calibration cycle and the battery health monitor now shows one hundred percent capacity with an estimated life of over eight hours on balanced mode.
