Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo ThinkCentre M90a AIO is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Elphinstone Road repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo ThinkCentre M90a AIO architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Lenovo ThinkCentre M90a AIO — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400013 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Prabhadevi, our service coverage extends across Elphinstone Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Elphinstone Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lower Parel, Currey Road, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Elphinstone Road. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Lenovo ThinkCentre M90a AIO leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
Before any other work begins on a device holding data you cannot lose, our technicians set up an ongoing backup schedule when requested, rather than a one-time copy, so future changes are protected automatically without you needing to remember to repeat the process.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
The Lenovo ThinkCentre M90a AIO is Lenovo's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing with Dell OptiPlex and HP EliteDesk.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Elphinstone Road need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Businesses across Elphinstone Road trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Elphinstone Road workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your Lenovo model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
All the repair performed by Xigox in Elphinstone Road comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Can't wait 48 hours? Xigox offers emergency this issue in Elphinstone Road for time-sensitive situations. From a presentation tomorrow and your Lenovo just crashed, our emergency service ensures completion within the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Elphinstone Road. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
Not sure what's wrong with your Lenovo? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Elphinstone Road will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Elphinstone Road customers choose Xigox again and again.
Traveling across town in Elphinstone Road is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Simply share your Elphinstone Road address, and our technician will pick up the Lenovo from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Elphinstone Road residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts.
