Xigox keeps Lenovo parts and service documentation for 7 Lenovo series, so Desktop Not Charging Repair on a IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Desktop Not Charging Repair in Khar Road. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaCentre 5, Lenovo Legion Tower 5, Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t and Lenovo ThinkStation P360. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo Legion Tower 5 is Lenovo's gaming desktop tower line — built around strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained gaming performance, the desktop counterpart to Legion laptops.
The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t is Lenovo's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing with Dell OptiPlex and HP EliteDesk.
Worth knowing for this repair: Long product-support lifecycle typical of corporate desktop lines.
The Lenovo ThinkStation P360 is Lenovo's workstation line — ISV-trained professional desktops for engineering, design, and data-science workloads, Lenovo's direct competitor to Dell Precision and HP Z-series.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians check for a battery that's fully dead versus a charging-circuit fault that just looks like a dead battery (the device may power on fine from the wall with the battery removed, which narrows the cause immediately).
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Khar Road require different tools than laptop repair — desktop-specific diagnostic equipment. Xigox technicians use a step-by-step elimination process: PSU first, then RAM, GPU, then board. Accurate diagnosis first — saving you from replacing the wrong component.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR.
