Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Linking Road repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400050 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near SV Road, our service coverage extends across Linking Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Linking Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bandra, Pali Hill, Bandra Reclamation and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Lenovo jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Linking Road. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is Lenovo's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron Desktop and HP Slim Desktop.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Bulging battery cells on your Lenovo is a safety hazard, not just a repair issue in Linking Road. Xigox handles Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 Computer Battery Replacement safely and completely: removing the original pack without damaging the chassis, installing a BIS-certified replacement, and confirming full charge capacity. Typical Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 Computer Battery Replacement jobs in Linking Road take 60–90 minutes.

A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Your Lenovo model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Lenovo is returned in Linking Road, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Linking Road.
Not sure what's wrong with your Lenovo? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Linking Road will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Linking Road rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
When should you consider it's time for this issue on your Lenovo? Watch for: frequent freezing, excessive heat, lagging response, strange noises, battery draining fast, or dead pixels. Experiencing even one of these in Linking Road, don't ignore them — delaying often increases repair costs. Xigox technicians can diagnose your Lenovo within the hour and advise on the right this issue.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Linking Road customers choose Xigox again and again.
