Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Nariman Point repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400021 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Air India Building, our service coverage extends across Nariman Point and all surrounding localities. In addition to Nariman Point, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Churchgate, Kala Ghoda, Colaba Causeway and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Nariman Point; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Lenovo work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
