Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Lenovo Legion Tower 5 is Lenovo's gaming desktop tower line — built around strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained gaming performance, the desktop counterpart to Legion laptops.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Laptop overheating is the number-one reason for unexpected shutdowns after 2–3 years. In Ballard Estate, Xigox performs Lenovo Legion Tower 5 Thermal Paste Replacement as a complete cooling system service: fresh premium paste (Kryonaut or Arctic MX-5), heatsink fin deep-cleaning, fan blades cleaned or swapped, and VRAM pads replaced where applicable — all in one visit under 3 hours.
Businesses across Ballard Estate trust our repair to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Ballard Estate workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
During your issue in Ballard Estate, why not take the opportunity to boost its performance. Many of our customers request a faster SSD while the Lenovo is being repaired. This proactive approach reduces future repair costs and can make an old laptop feel brand new. Ask our technician about optimization packages when you book your issue.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Ballard Estate? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your Lenovo is delivered back to your Ballard Estate address fully tested.
Your Lenovo model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Ballard Estate is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Lenovo is returned in Ballard Estate, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Ballard Estate.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Lenovo. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
High-quality repair doesn't have to be expensive in Ballard Estate. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. You get the same OEM components for your Lenovo, without the massive markup. Request a price estimate for the repair in Ballard Estate today.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Ballard Estate customers choose Xigox again and again.
