Most Dharavi repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Lenovo parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Computer fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.

Lenovo does not build one desktop — it builds 7 separate series, and Computer Power IC Repair is a different job on each. Xigox services IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre and the rest of the Lenovo range. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Computer Power IC Repair in Dharavi. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaCentre 5, Lenovo Legion Tower 5, Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t and Lenovo ThinkStation P360. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo ThinkStation P360 is Lenovo's workstation line — ISV-trained professional desktops for engineering, design, and data-science workloads, Lenovo's direct competitor to Dell Precision and HP Z-series.
The Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is Lenovo's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron Desktop and HP Slim Desktop.
The Lenovo Legion Tower 5 is Lenovo's gaming desktop tower line — built around strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained gaming performance, the desktop counterpart to Legion laptops.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians test for charging while gently flexing the cable at the port (a quick way to reveal a loose internal connection), then open the chassis to inspect and repair or replace the jack itself, reinforcing the solder joints to the motherboard where that was the original failure point.
