10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Mahim repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400016 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Lady Jamshedji Road, our service coverage extends across Mahim and all surrounding localities. In addition to Mahim, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mahim Junction, Matunga Road, Shivaji Park and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Lenovo jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Mahim. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every Lenovo repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Lenovo Computer.

Product lines
Our bench covers 7 distinct Lenovo series. That matters for Computer Workstation Battery Replacement, because a IdeaCentre and a IdeaPad are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Computer Workstation Battery Replacement in Mahim. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaCentre 5, Lenovo Legion Tower 5, Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t and Lenovo ThinkStation P360. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 is Lenovo's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing, Lenovo's answer to Dell Inspiron Desktop and HP Slim Desktop.
The Lenovo Legion Tower 5 is Lenovo's gaming desktop tower line — built around strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained gaming performance, the desktop counterpart to Legion laptops.
The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t is Lenovo's business desktop line — small-form-factor and tower options for corporate deployment, competing with Dell OptiPlex and HP EliteDesk.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
