Most Malabar Hill repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Lenovo component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Banganga Tank, our service coverage extends across Malabar Hill and all surrounding localities. In addition to Malabar Hill, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Nepean Sea Road, Walkeshwar, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Malabar Hill. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Lenovo Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Xigox keeps Lenovo parts and service documentation for 7 Lenovo series, so Keyboard Not Working repair on a IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in IdeaCentre, IdeaPad, Legion and ThinkCentre, along with ThinkPad, ThinkStation and Yoga units for Keyboard Not Working repair in Malabar Hill. Specific Lenovo models on our current service list include Lenovo IdeaPad, Lenovo Legion, Lenovo ThinkPad and Lenovo Yoga. If your Lenovo model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Lenovo Legion is Lenovo's dedicated gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, strong cooling, and Lenovo's gaming-focused software (Legion AI Engine), competing directly with ROG, Predator, and Omen.
The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.
Worth knowing for this repair: TrackPoint — the signature red pointing nub between the keys, alongside a traditional touchpad, a ThinkPad hallmark since the IBM era.
The Lenovo Yoga is Lenovo's convertible/2-in-1 laptop line — a 360-degree hinge lets it fold into tablet, tent, or stand modes, aimed at users who want touchscreen/pen flexibility alongside standard laptop use.
Worth knowing for this repair: Generally thinner chassis than ThinkPad/IdeaPad, which can mean more soldered components — confirm upgradeability before assuming it.
