Who repairs your device
Your Lenovo ThinkPad is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Rapid battery drain, charging to only 60–70%, or the Lenovo dying within an hour — this is a definite signal you need Lenovo ThinkPad Battery Issue Fix in Palghar. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent replacement cells — not cheap grey-market cells that swell and fail again. Every Lenovo ThinkPad Battery Issue Fix in Palghar comes with a battery health verification.
Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Lenovo. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Palghar? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Your Lenovo model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.

From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Palghar workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Lenovo is returned in Palghar, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Palghar.
Not sure what's wrong with your Lenovo? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Not all the repair issues are hardware-related. Our team are equally skilled at diagnosing and fixing OS issues as hardware repair. Common software causes include: a corrupted Windows or macOS installation, a malware infection, blue screens, or boot sector errors. We reinstall and configure macOS cleanly and quickly, preserving your data wherever possible.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Lenovo units, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Palghar is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Lenovo, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with the repair.
