How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Knowing whether it's the battery or the charger requires proper diagnosis. In Shreenagar Palghar, Xigox performs a free 10-minute triage before any Lenovo ThinkPad Battery Issue Fix: a complete charging system check. We won't replace the battery if it's really a port issue.
There are many repair shops in Shreenagar Palghar, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Shreenagar Palghar.
Your Lenovo model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. When should you consider it's time for this job on your Lenovo? Watch for: random crashes, excessive heat, lagging response, strange noises, battery draining fast, or screen glitches. Experiencing even one of these in Shreenagar Palghar, don't ignore them — delaying often increases repair costs. Xigox technicians can diagnose your Lenovo within the hour and advise on the right this job.
