10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sheetal Nagar repair shops handle Lenovo the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Lenovo technicians are trained specifically on Lenovo ThinkPad architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Lenovo work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Lenovo parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Lenovo ThinkPad fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near LT Road, our service coverage extends across Sheetal Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sheetal Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naya Nagar, Jesal Park, Beverly Park and other nearby areas.
How your Lenovo ThinkPad gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sheetal Nagar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Lenovo ThinkPad is Lenovo's legendary business laptop line (inherited from IBM) — renowned for keyboard quality, the distinctive red TrackPoint nub, and exceptional build durability, a long-standing favorite among business and technical users.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. VRAM overheating, shader cache corruption, and driver-level GPU faults require a very different diagnostic approach. Xigox's gaming specialists use GPU-Z, FurMark, and OCCT to differentiate thermal throttling from silicon failure — avoiding expensive hardware swaps through accurate diagnosis. When it's Lenovo ThinkPad Gaming Laptop Repair you need in Sheetal Nagar, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Lenovo ThinkPad Gaming Laptop Repair — parts and labour both.
