Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Air is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Most Balkum repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Air architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we run a stress test alongside thermal imaging to confirm whether artifacts or crashes are a genuine GPU fault versus a cooling or driver issue, since those three causes look very similar on the surface but need completely different fixes.
Typical time: 1–4 hours
The model
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple MacBook Air GPU Upgrade in Balkum: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Balkum, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Balkum.
Customers from Balkum with free pickup and drop. Every job gets a written quote before any work, genuine parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet. By trusting us for this issue in Balkum, your device is repaired at our Virar West workshop and returned tested.
