Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Air is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Charoti repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Air architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Air — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401601 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dahanu, our service coverage extends across Charoti and all surrounding localities. In addition to Charoti, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Ganjad, Zai, Betegaon and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Air gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Charoti; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook Air.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check signal strength and connection stability both with the laptop's own card and (where possible) a known-good external adapter, isolating a hardware fault from a router-side or driver-side cause before any part is replaced.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Charoti, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. For Apple MacBook Air WiFi Setup in Charoti specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Air WiFi Setup.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Charoti can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Charoti clients.
Businesses across Charoti trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, priority turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Charoti workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete issue in Charoti? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this issue is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — your Apple is delivered back to your Charoti address with a quality report.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Following a professional issue in Charoti, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Charoti to document the improvement.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: honest pricing, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Charoti customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Charoti.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this issue — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Charoti are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Your issue doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Charoti customers choose Xigox again and again.
