How it's done
How We Perform MacBook No Display Fix
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For this specific fault, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A panel matched to your exact model's resolution, size, and connector pinout — a mismatched panel will power on but show no image.
- Anti-static handling, since display cables and connectors are easily damaged by static discharge.
- About 30–45 minutes of bench time once the correct panel is in hand.
3 When You Need This
- The display works fine on an external monitor but not on the built-in screen — this usually rules out the graphics card and points to the panel or cable.
- Pressure marks or ink-blot-like patches that spread over a few days.
- A hinge that has been over-flexed, since that often damages the display cable running through it.
Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
MacBook No Display Fix is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts
- Your files stay private
- Microscope and board-level tools
- Genuine or OEM-grade parts
- 90-day warranty on repairs

Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Mahim. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Free pickup also available in Mahim Junction, Matunga Road, Shivaji Park and surrounding areas.
We accept all major payment methods for MacBook No Display Fix in Mahim: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Mahim. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Mahim. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Mahim (400016) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Our service covers the full 400016 postal area in Mahim.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most MacBook No Display Fix work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. We also serve Mahim Junction, Matunga Road, Shivaji Park, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.

MacBook specifics
What MacBook No Display Fix Means on a MacBook
MacBooks are sealed, glued and board-integrated, so almost nothing is a plug-in swap. Repairs are component-level work on the logic board, not module replacement.
Why it happens on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro owners
- Thermal paste degradation on tightly packed M-series and Intel boards
- Blocked rear-vent airflow under the hinge
- Liquid ingress through the keyboard into the logic board
- Swollen battery pressing on the trackpad and top case
What our MacBook technician checks
- Apple Diagnostics and full board voltage-rail read
- Thermal imaging of the heat pipe and fan assembly
- Corrosion inspection under the keyboard membrane
- Battery cycle count and health via system report
MacBook hardware we work on
- Apple Silicon M-series and Intel logic boards
- Butterfly and Magic Keyboard assemblies
- Retina display assemblies with bonded glass
- Battery packs adhesived into the top case
- Thunderbolt / USB-C charging boards
- T2 security chip and SSD soldered to board
Models we see most often
- MacBook Air M1 / M2
- MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar
- MacBook Pro 14" and 16" M-series
- MacBook Pro Retina 15"
Because storage is soldered on T2 and Apple Silicon boards, we take a full image before any board work so nothing is lost if the SSD controller is affected.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We use OEM-grade and original-pull Apple components, and we tell you which one your quote covers before any work starts. Board-level repair keeps costs well below Apple's whole-unit replacement price.
