How it's done
How We Perform MacBook Not Charging Fix
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For this specific fault, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Testing with a known-good, correctly-rated charger before concluding the fault is internal.
- A multimeter check of the charging port's voltage output under load, not just a visual inspection.
3 When You Need This
- The device won't turn on at all, with no lights, fans, or sounds of any kind.
- It only charges or powers on at a specific cable angle, or not at all even with a known-good charger.
- The charging light doesn't illuminate despite the charger being correctly plugged in.
Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
MacBook Not Charging Fix is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish, never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts
- Your files stay private
- Microscope and board-level tools
- Genuine or OEM-grade parts
- 90-day warranty on repairs

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions — MacBook Not Charging Fix
Everything you need to know about MacBook Not Charging Fix in Palghar
10 questions answered
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Palghar. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers across Palghar (401404) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We accept all major payment methods for MacBook Not Charging Fix in Palghar: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Palghar. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Our service covers the full 401404 postal area in Palghar.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Palghar. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers near Mahim Creek in Palghar are covered by our free pickup.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers across Palghar (401404) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most MacBook Not Charging Fix work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Free pickup also available in Halav Pol, Palghar Market, Palghar Station and surrounding areas.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Palghar, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Halav Pol, Palghar Market, Palghar Station and surrounding areas.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Palghar, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. We also serve Halav Pol, Palghar Market, Palghar Station, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Yes, on request. Any component we remove during MacBook Not Charging Fix is yours, and we will hand it back with the repaired laptop so you can see exactly what was changed. Just mention it when you approve the quote. Free pickup also available in Halav Pol, Palghar Market, Palghar Station and surrounding areas.

MacBook specifics
What MacBook Not Charging Fix Means on a MacBook
MacBooks are sealed, glued and board-integrated, so almost nothing is a plug-in swap. Repairs are component-level work on the logic board, not module replacement.
Why it happens on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro owners
- Thermal paste degradation on tightly packed M-series and Intel boards
- Blocked rear-vent airflow under the hinge
- Liquid ingress through the keyboard into the logic board
- Swollen battery pressing on the trackpad and top case
What our MacBook technician checks
- Apple Diagnostics and full board voltage-rail read
- Thermal imaging of the heat pipe and fan assembly
- Corrosion inspection under the keyboard membrane
- Battery cycle count and health via system report
MacBook hardware we work on
- Apple Silicon M-series and Intel logic boards
- Butterfly and Magic Keyboard assemblies
- Retina display assemblies with bonded glass
- Battery packs adhesived into the top case
- Thunderbolt / USB-C charging boards
- T2 security chip and SSD soldered to board
Models we see most often
- MacBook Air M1 / M2
- MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar
- MacBook Pro 14" and 16" M-series
- MacBook Pro Retina 15"
Because storage is soldered on T2 and Apple Silicon boards, we take a full image before any board work so nothing is lost if the SSD controller is affected.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We use OEM-grade and original-pull Apple components, and we tell you which one your quote covers before any work starts. Board-level repair keeps costs well below Apple's whole-unit replacement price.
