How it's done
How We Perform BIOS Issue Fix
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this exact symptom shows up, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Your existing product keys/license information for software you want preserved (Windows, Office, etc.), gathered before the reinstall if possible.
3 When You Need This
- Repeated driver crashes or "device not working properly" errors in Device Manager that persist across restarts.
The model
About the MacBook Pro
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Key features
- Active fan cooling allows sustained high performance under video export, 3D rendering, and compilation workloads.
- Soldered RAM/storage on Apple Silicon models — same upgrade limitation as the Air, more pronounced given the higher price point.
- Liquid Retina XDR display on 14"/16" models — genuinely class-leading color accuracy and brightness for creative work.
- Multiple Thunderbolt/USB-C ports plus, on larger models, HDMI and an SD card slot.
