Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple MacBook Pro Bulk Repair Services in Vaitarna: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
There are many repair shops in Vaitarna, however, Xigox stands out for this job. We believe in total honesty. Each job begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert job in Vaitarna.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Vaitarna trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Navigating traffic in Vaitarna is stressful. To solve this, Xigox offers a no-hassle doorstep logistics service for this job. Just drop your pin, and our secure courier will collect your Apple directly from you. Once the job is finished, we safely return it in protective packaging. One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Vaitarna is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you proceed with this repair.

MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this repair — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Vaitarna are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Your job doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Vaitarna customers choose Xigox again and again.
After a successful this repair in Vaitarna, most customers notice immediate performance improvements: quicker application loading, cooler operating temperatures, restored battery life, or a perfect display — depending on the specific repair. Xigox runs diagnostic tests before and after this repair in Vaitarna to confirm the improvement.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this job. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
