Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Worli repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400018 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Worli Naka, our service coverage extends across Worli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Worli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Prabhadevi, Shivaji Park, Elphinstone Road and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Worli. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook Pro.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Water damage on a MacBook in Worli is significantly more serious than on standard laptops — the MacBook board design makes liquid damage more severe. Xigox's Apple team performs corrosion cleaning under microscope: all liquid ingress points addressed — with complete post-clean validation. For Apple MacBook Pro Charging Issue Repair in Worli specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Pro Charging Issue Repair.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: no surprise charges, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Worli customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Join the growing community of happy Xigox customers in Worli.

A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Your private information is fully protected during your job. Residents across Worli rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the job, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Worli, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Worli.
Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Worli? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Worli address within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — this repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to you fully tested.
Every job completed by Xigox in Worli comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every job, so the terms are clear.
