Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians set up an ongoing backup schedule when requested, rather than a one-time copy, so future changes are protected automatically without you needing to remember to repeat the process.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple MacBook Pro Data Transfer more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Andheri, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple MacBook Pro Data Transfer for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Following a professional issue in Andheri, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed.
