Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Bordi's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook Pro repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401701 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Bordi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bordi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi Beach, Gholvad, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Bordi. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians set up an ongoing backup schedule when requested, rather than a one-time copy, so future changes are protected automatically without you needing to remember to repeat the process.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Apple computers have unique engineering that make Apple MacBook Pro Data Transfer fundamentally different — T2 and Apple Silicon security chips, proprietary SSD soldering, and Retina display calibration all need specialist knowledge. In Bordi, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple MacBook Pro Data Transfer for all Mac generations.
There are many repair shops in Bordi, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Bordi.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this job — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Bordi are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.

Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Many Bordi customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
