Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dadar West repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400028 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Plaza Cinema, our service coverage extends across Dadar West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dadar West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Matunga, Dadar East, Dadar and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Dadar West. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook Pro.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians set up an ongoing backup schedule when requested, rather than a one-time copy, so future changes are protected automatically without you needing to remember to repeat the process.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple MacBook Pro Data Transfer in Dadar West: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Apple. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Each repair completed by Xigox in Dadar West comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every repair, so the terms are clear.
Is your deadline today? We provide rush this issue in Dadar West for urgent situations. Whether you have an important client meeting and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service guarantees completion within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Dadar West. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Dadar West, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Dadar West.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for the repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Dadar West are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Dadar West is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Not everyone in Dadar West can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Dadar West clients.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your issue, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Dadar West return to Xigox.
Arranging the repair in Dadar West is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue.
