Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. When it's Apple MacBook Pro External Keyboard Setup you need in Papdy, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Pro External Keyboard Setup — parts and labour both.
Is your deadline today? We provide rush this issue in Papdy for urgent situations. Whether you have an important client meeting and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Papdy. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
Following a professional repair in Papdy, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Papdy to document the improvement.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Your repair doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Papdy customers choose Xigox again and again.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for the repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Papdy are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Businesses across Papdy trust our issue to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Papdy workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Customers from Papdy with free pickup and drop. Every job gets a written quote before any work, genuine parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet. By trusting us for the repair in Papdy, your device is repaired at our Virar West workshop and returned tested.
Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your issue stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Arranging the repair in Papdy is incredibly straightforward. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Papdy doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, the repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Apple is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
