We use genuine Apple parts wherever available; otherwise OEM-compatible components.
Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Apple MacBook Pro repair in Charai that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Thane West, our service coverage extends across Charai and all surrounding localities. In addition to Charai, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane, Thane West, Uthalsar and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Charai; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we run a stress test alongside thermal imaging to confirm whether artifacts or crashes are a genuine GPU fault versus a cooling or driver issue, since those three causes look very similar on the surface but need completely different fixes.
Typical time: 1–4 hours
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Charai, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook Pro GPU Upgrade in Charai — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook Pro GPU Upgrade is complete.
Businesses across Charai trust our repair to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, a priority response queue, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Charai workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Each issue completed by Xigox in Charai comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Charai, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Charai.
Many Charai customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Is your deadline today? Xigox offers rush this issue in Charai for urgent situations. From an important client meeting and your Apple just crashed, our emergency service moves your Apple to the front of the line, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Charai. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for the repair — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Charai are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Not everyone in Charai can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Charai clients.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Following a professional issue in Charai, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Charai to document the improvement.
