How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we check both hinges (even if only one feels loose) since uneven wear on one side often means the other is close behind, then replace the worn mechanism and verify the lid opens and closes smoothly through its full range without excess play.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is significantly more serious than on standard laptops — the MacBook board design makes liquid damage more severe. Xigox's Apple team performs corrosion cleaning under microscope: all liquid ingress points addressed — with complete post-clean validation. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook Pro Hinge Broken Repair in Kamani — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook Pro Hinge Broken Repair is complete.
