Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Dongri. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers near Clare Road in Dongri are covered by our free pickup.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Pro Laptop AMC in Dongri: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Dongri. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We also serve Masjid, Chinch Bunder, Mohammed Ali Road, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers near Clare Road in Dongri are covered by our free pickup.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Dongri. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai City — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop AMC
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Full internal access, not just external cleaning — most of the value in a maintenance visit comes from what's inside the chassis, not the keyboard surface.
- A before/after record (temperatures, battery health) so the visit has a measurable result.
3 When You Need This
- It's been a year or more since the last internal service.
- You want to catch small issues (a weakening battery, early dust buildup) before they become an actual repair.
- The device is heading into heavy use (a new job, exam season, travel) and you want it in known-good condition beforehand.
The model
About the MacBook Pro
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Key features
- Active fan cooling allows sustained high performance under video export, 3D rendering, and compilation workloads.
- Soldered RAM/storage on Apple Silicon models — same upgrade limitation as the Air, more pronounced given the higher price point.
- Liquid Retina XDR display on 14"/16" models — genuinely class-leading color accuracy and brightness for creative work.
- Multiple Thunderbolt/USB-C ports plus, on larger models, HDMI and an SD card slot.
