Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple MacBook Pro Laptop AMC in Kurla West: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Businesses across Kurla West trust our issue to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, guaranteed 4-hour response times, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Kurla West workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
There are many repair shops in Kurla West, however, Xigox stands out for the repair. We believe in complete transparency. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Kurla West.

Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Kurla West, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Many Kurla West customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
