Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

FAQ
FAQs — Apple MacBook Pro Software Installation in Chembur
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Yes, properly licensed software. We help purchase licenses at competitive prices or install free alternatives.
Single app 15-30 minutes. Full software package 1-3 hours depending on number of applications.
Yes, we handle license transfer, data migration, and setup on new computer preserving all settings.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Chembur. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We also serve Chunabhatti, Chembur West, Chembur East, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Chembur. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We've been serving Mumbai Suburban district for over 15 years.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Pro Software Installation work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Chembur, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Our service covers the full 400071 postal area in Chembur.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Chembur, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Customers near Sion Trombay Road in Chembur are covered by our free pickup.

How it's done
How We Perform Software Installation
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Your existing product keys/license information for software you want preserved (Windows, Office, etc.), gathered before the reinstall if possible.
3 When You Need This
- Repeated driver crashes or "device not working properly" errors in Device Manager that persist across restarts.
The model
About the MacBook Pro
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Key features
- Active fan cooling allows sustained high performance under video export, 3D rendering, and compilation workloads.
- Soldered RAM/storage on Apple Silicon models — same upgrade limitation as the Air, more pronounced given the higher price point.
- Liquid Retina XDR display on 14"/16" models — genuinely class-leading color accuracy and brightness for creative work.
- Multiple Thunderbolt/USB-C ports plus, on larger models, HDMI and an SD card slot.

Apple MacBook Pro Software Installation in Chembur — Professional, Reliable, and Affordable
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. In Chembur, Xigox's Apple engineers are up to date on Apple Silicon failure patterns: I2C bus faults, SMC configuration resets, and T2 secure boot diagnosis. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook Pro Software Installation in Chembur — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook Pro Software Installation is complete.
Independent Apple MacBook Pro Software Installation in Chembur
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Chembur are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.

Insurance & Out-of-Warranty Apple MacBook Pro Software Installation Options
Many Chembur customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair.
