Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Vasai Gaon repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401201 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near STV Road, our service coverage extends across Vasai Gaon and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vasai Gaon, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Navghar Vasai, Vasai Station, Vasai and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Vasai Gaon. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook Pro.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians benchmark before and after each fix step (clearing startup bloat, checking drive health, verifying RAM, checking temperatures) so you can see which specific change actually moved the needle, rather than a vague "it should be faster now."
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is significantly more serious than on standard laptops — the MacBook board design makes liquid damage more severe. Xigox's Apple team performs corrosion cleaning under microscope: all liquid ingress points addressed — with complete post-clean validation. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook Pro Startup Optimization in Vasai Gaon — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook Pro Startup Optimization is complete.
