We quote before starting work. No hidden fees. You pay exactly what you were quoted.
Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Parel repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Apple parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Apple MacBook Pro fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Parel; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, for driver-specific faults, we identify the exact chipset/controller involved, remove the conflicting or corrupted driver cleanly, and install the manufacturer-correct version rather than letting Windows Update pick a generic one that may not fully support every feature of your hardware.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Parel, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. When it's Apple MacBook Pro System Cleanup you need in Parel, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Pro System Cleanup — parts and labour both.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: accurate quotes, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Parel customers value most: "Excellent this issue, done same day with genuine parts." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Parel.
