Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Apple MacBook Pro repair in Balkum that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Apple MacBook Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400608 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ghodbunder Road, our service coverage extends across Balkum and all surrounding localities. In addition to Balkum, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Majiwada, Thane, Thane West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Balkum. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Water damage on a MacBook in Balkum is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Application in Balkum — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Application is complete.
Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your issue stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your repair doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Balkum customers choose Xigox again and again.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this issue — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Balkum are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Balkum, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Balkum.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Balkum will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide priority this issue in Balkum for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day.
