10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Tembhode repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Palghar-Manor Road, our service coverage extends across Tembhode and all surrounding localities. In addition to Tembhode, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Palghar MIDC, Shreenagar Palghar, Manor Road Palghar and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Tembhode; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A Apple with keyboard or battery issues in Tembhode isn't something every repair shop can fix. Apple's T2 chip requires specific diagnostic firmware. Xigox's Apple technicians use Apple-specific tools: the full Apple toolset. When it's Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Replacement you need in Tembhode, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Pro Thermal Paste Replacement — parts and labour both.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Tembhode are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
All this job performed by Xigox in Tembhode comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
