10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Evershine City repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI Modern AM242 AIO architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for MSI Modern AM242 AIO models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401208 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai East Station (nearby), our service coverage extends across Evershine City and all surrounding localities. In addition to Evershine City, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sativali, Ambadi Road, Pelhar and other nearby areas.
How your MSI Modern AM242 AIO gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Evershine City; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every MSI repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your MSI Modern AM242 AIO.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The MSI Modern AM242 AIO is part of MSI's Modern all-in-one line — mainstream home/office AIOs with a clean, minimal design aesthetic.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Distinguishing a battery fault from a charging port fault matters for the correct fix. In Evershine City, Xigox runs a quick diagnostic before any MSI Modern AM242 AIO All-in-One PC Battery Replacement: battery health check, charge cycle count, and charging port continuity test. You'll never pay for a battery replacement if the charger or port is the actual fault.
