Who repairs your device
Your MSI Modern AM242 AIO is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Pali Hill repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI Modern AM242 AIO architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every MSI component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your MSI Modern AM242 AIO — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400050 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Pali Hill, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bandra, Linking Road, Bandra West and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
