Who repairs your device
Your MSI Modern AM242 AIO is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

If you are looking for MSI Modern AM242 AIO repair in Goregaon that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent MSI bench since 2011, and our technicians work on MSI boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for MSI Modern AM242 AIO models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400062 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Goregaon, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Goregaon West, Goregaon East, Ram Mandir and other nearby areas.
How your MSI Modern AM242 AIO gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Goregaon; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your MSI Modern AM242 AIO leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
