Who repairs your device
Your MSI PRO AP242 AIO is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Dharavi repair shops handle MSI the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our MSI technicians are trained specifically on MSI PRO AP242 AIO architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on MSI work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every MSI component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your MSI PRO AP242 AIO — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400017 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion, our service coverage extends across Dharavi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dharavi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion West, Sion, Sion East and other nearby areas.
How your MSI PRO AP242 AIO gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Dharavi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back MSI work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your MSI PRO AP242 AIO does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians take remote control of your laptop with your consent, resolve the specific software/configuration issue, and stay on the session until you confirm it's actually fixed — not just until a step was completed.
Typical time: 20–45 minutes
