How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MSI MAG Infinite S3 is part of MSI's MAG desktop line — mid-tier gaming desktops balancing performance and value, positioned below the flagship MEG line.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Kryonaut, Arctic MX-5, and Noctua NT-H1 outperform the factory paste that came pre-applied at manufacture. Our Sion MSI MAG Infinite S3 Gaming PC Thermal Paste Replacement never uses cheap grey-market thermal paste — with before and after CPU temperature readings included.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Sion is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this job.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts.
