Who repairs your device
Your MSI MAG Infinite S3 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The MSI MAG Infinite S3 is part of MSI's MAG desktop line — mid-tier gaming desktops balancing performance and value, positioned below the flagship MEG line.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. MSI MAG Infinite S3 Computer Network Setup for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Bordi is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your MSI, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Not everyone in Bordi can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for MSI hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Bordi clients.

Save your time without leaving your desk.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Bordi residents seek us out for chip-level repair.

During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.

Should any concern arise within 90 days of your issue, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Bordi return to Xigox.
