Who repairs your device
Your MSI MAG Infinite S3 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, we start with a short consultation about what you actually use your computer for, recommend the specific combination of RAM, storage, or other upgrades that will genuinely move the needle for that use case (rather than upselling parts that won't help), and benchmark before and after so you can see the real difference.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The MSI MAG Infinite S3 is part of MSI's MAG desktop line — mid-tier gaming desktops balancing performance and value, positioned below the flagship MEG line.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Bordi need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your MSI. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Bordi can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for MSI hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Bordi clients.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your MSI is returned in Bordi, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Bordi.
Expert issue shouldn't break the bank in Bordi. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres. You receive identical stellar quality for your MSI, but at a much fairer price. Get your free quote for this issue in Bordi now.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site BGA rework station means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Bordi come to Xigox specifically for this.
There are many repair shops in Bordi, however, Xigox stands out for this issue. We believe in complete transparency. Each issue begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert issue in Bordi.
Each repair performed by Xigox in Bordi comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Your issue doesn't end when the MSI is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Bordi customers choose Xigox again and again.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Bordi trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR.
